Multimedia Information & Technology journal focuses on multimedia information and technology developments in library and information science
MmIT journal is a quarterly journal for anyone with an interest in the delivery of information based on modern media, including graphic forms, streaming video, film clips, sometimes animation, and sound - alongside traditional text. It deals with the integration and management of all the forms in which information is presented, the use of a range of electronic delivery systems, now including web-based applications, and innovation; all in the interests of communicating information. Appearing in both print and electronic formats, it is distributed worldwide and its readership includes librarians, teachers, academics, ICT specialists and media.

From 2012 the journal is electronic only. Organisational subscriptions cost £70. Group members receive access to the online copy as a membership benefit. You can join the Group via CILIP or as a standalone member for £30 pa.
